Great! Best company I have worked for in my life. And I have worked for other advertising companies both on a local and national scale. Lamar is much better

Everyone is professional and gets along great. There is no unnecessary drama like there was at my previous job.

I like how they do not ty to micromanage me too much. My manager's know I will complete everything they need, so there is no need for micromanaging.

I think the culture is great and seems like most employees are happy and treated well. I think since this company treats their employees better than others it results in a better overall culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have made me feel welcome from the beginning and have placed me in a role that I enjoy and makes me feel important, and they continue to support me after 6 months of working here. Planning on staying a lot longer!
