Making a sell. Making sells helps not just me but the whole team.

The desire to take care of customers and be good to each other in the process.

Overall the folks in our plant are good people. There is a desire to do what is right for the customers, inside and outside.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we are speaking of the leadership team above the team in the plant then I've had little interaction. The interaction I have had has been positive and encouraging. Lamar seems to have done a really good job of creating a positive culture.
