Trey Roberts who is my GM is fantastic. Lets us do our jobs but gets involved when needed.

Like stock option but the 401K match is not competitive. Have talked to numerous friends with other companies and Lamar's is very weak.

The one issue I have with Lamar is the 401K match is not competitive with many of my friends who work for other companies here in Baton Rouge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Like the Lamar stock plan but the 401K from a matching perspective is not very competitive at all. Every single person I have talked to works for a company with a much better 401K match.
