Lamar is a great corporate company to work for as the resources they provide are exceptional and allow for individual locations to operate as best fit for their market.

Lamar has advanced in product and it feels great to be a part of that, i feel executive team should be more concerned about the sustainability of the lowet team members that drive the company forward from the ground with sales and operatins thru increase pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Car allowance does not cover near enough when you are on the road everyday. Compensation for mileage is needed.

commission rate ratio - commission to monthly bring in. I.E. account executive brings in $120,000 in one month of billing but AE only makes $3,200.

Flex cards were a huge benefit for out kf pocket medical expenses, rhe employees wete uneducated about the benefit of them which is enrollment rate waslow. Commission increase
