Very. Higher salary pay, better insurance

We work together fine. Management makes us feel non-important

Slow sales. Management takes it out on us for not meeting unrealistic standards

Managament showing they care and acknowledging our work, even when we are not making numbers

Show that they care for us as humans. I feel like a robot that is being ridiculed every week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team. We are always interacting and making the most of one another's company while completing the task(s) at hand.

They are motivated to not only see numbers increase, but watch us grow as individuals and care about us as humans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We want one another to succeed. It is always healthy competition within the office. Nobody is ever discouraging or undermines anyone.
