Continuous opportunity to be challenged in my position with the company. I love my job and the people I work with but am disappointed with the lack of compensation r professional recognition as my position grows more complicated and challenging.

Success! It is very satisfying to complete a project with a successful result!

We work well together and the staff is very respectful and supportive of one another.

There is very supportive environment at the company. There is no "drama' or gossip in the workplace.

I find positive resolution of the various land owner and leasing problems we encounter to be tremendously satisfying.

Our team is friendly and professional. We are supportive of one-another and there is rarely any workplace drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The local Leadership Team is great. Open to the ideas and suggestions of the entire staff. The Corp. Leadership team seems to have clear goals and effective communication methods.

Our local leadership team is fantastic. Everyone is professional and we respect one another both professionally and personally. The leadership team on the higher level is very well respected however, we have very little interaction with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position has significantly changed, and my market has doubled due to a merger since I began in my current role, however, my salary, which began at the base for the position, remains below average company-wide for similar positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is unfortunate that the possible increase at annual review time is a MAXIMUM of 3%. If a starting salary was a bit low, it is impossible to catch up to a less experienced/ competent employee who was hired on at a higher rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I began in my current role at the starting salary, I am now paid less than many in a similar position with much less experience. The maximum annual salary increase of 3%, does not allow the salary to remain competitive, especially with the level of experience I bring to the position.
