My experience has been so positive that after leaving the company due to a move with my spouse years ago, when I was approached to return I did not hesitate. Lamar is an excellent company who treats its employees fairly and goes above and beyond on a local plant level to create a stellar culture.

Lamar is a great place to work and it is not uncommon for people to remain here for their entire career, which in today's world is VERY uncommon.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I do not have a cap on my earning potential.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports one another, looks out for each other and maintains a healthy sense of humor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A commission plan that is challenging yet attainable through hard work. Also, we receive ample PTO.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that my day is never the same twice, the freedom to set my own schedule and not being micromanaged.

Here at Lamar, leadership is continually searching for ways to make our company stronger and more successful while simultaneously demonstrating care and concern for its employees.

That everyday is unique, I am encouraged to use my right and left brain to be most successful, I enjoy my coworkers and I am given a lot of independence.

We have a culture that is so positive that it is not uncommon to see people remain with Lamar for the bulk of their career and THAT is very rare in corporate America these days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in sharing their vision for our company and they listen to employee concerns, recommendations and use this input regularly. They honestly care about the Lamar family of employees and constantly strive to make our work life the best it can be,
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that we work very well together and genuinely care for each other makes it feel like a work family. Combine that with the fact that though our sales team is very competitive no one steals accounts from one another and everyone is supportive of one another. Success of the team is paramount
