There is always room for improvement but overall I feel lucky to have the job that I do.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel like they care about me as a person and respect work/life balance needs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is pretty willing to answer questions and MOST of us aren't too possessive or shady about leads

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I sometimes feel disconnected from other people in our office and wish there was more of a team feel so that we could go to each other with questions and ideas more often

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparable to other companies both in the industry and not, our commission percentage is less. Our benefits have required me to seek elsewhere (health ins., etc.). We have not had any type of cost of living raise or percentage increase due to inflation and the current financial climate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

From a customer standpoint, I often feel like they see Lamar as a money-driven business. There is not a lot of room for decision-making on our level so we can sometimes seem like an "order taker". There are less networking and community involvement opportunities than we've been known for in the past
