Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

NO COMMUNICATION!! No trust in employees. Not all employees are treated the same. We are not able to talk to each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together as a team

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper management needs to get along and do their job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate and work together. Treat ALL employees the same.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cost of living and our insurance keeps going up but not our pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have employees that have been here for years and also new employees.

What makes you most happy at work?

When everyone is getting along and Todd is not assuming the worst in his employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate! Get along! Lead by example!!! Get rid of the toxic environment!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Why is there not at lease 3% increase in wages? You increased the price of our insurance. Lamar even increases the rate to the client but we don't see it in our wages.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

COMMUNICATION!! Trust all employees. Treat all employees all the same. Able to talk to each other, even in other departments and not get accused of something that is not happening from upper management. To go to upper management with issues and concerns and not get yelled at or put down
