Overall the experience has been positive and I love my job. On-the-job training could improve, but there is just not enough time in the day and they have a lot on their plate.

Doing well makes me happy, but that has to do with the fact that I am a naturally very competitive person.

The environment is unlike any other work environment I've been a part of. There is a competitive edge but in the best way. We encourage each other but also engage in friendly competition.
