I was very nervous in the beginning due to the fact I was not given adequate training and I have learned a lot through making mistakes. I am making progress daily and I seem to be one of the top producers in my department

everyone seems to be positive throughout the entire company

The company as a whole is great, my department needs a lot of work

just putting in my earbuds to bloke out the negativity of my team and the distractions.

They need to be more productive, stay off of their phones during the day. One coworker in particular has a very nasty attitude at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the top producer of my department and no matter how much harder I work or more duties that I take on I still only get that 3% on my evaluation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have strived to be better than my team, I go above the rest and that doesn't seem to matter most days. There is only 1 person on this team that is favored.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my team does not seem to be productive as others on my team. There are several that play on their phone ALOT during the day. One in particular stops working at 4:00 pm no matter what time she is scheduled to be off that day.
