Brig communicates and makes himself available to talk whenever I need to.

My commission is fair and the 401k with a match is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I got to meet many of them personally a few months ago and that really helped me connect with them outside of the little box on my computer screen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm part-time and they basically let me do my thing. They respect I know what I'm doing and my numbers prove it, so they're smart to not micro-manage me.
