I love working with different industries assisting them to achieve their goals.

My team offers suggestions, solutions to problems and issues and fun group to be around
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company recognition for diversity, Equity & inclusion. I love the fact that Martin Luther King, Juneteenth is recognized in the company as a holiday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know really what our leadership team do. I would like for them to have quarterly or twice a year town hall meeting to discuss Lamar business. 1st and 2nd level management is the only face I see or hear from on a regular basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Back in 2020 my base salary was reduced by $13,000 or be laid off due to Covid 19. I would like to have my salary back. At the time of hired I moved to a new city and bought a new house with the agreement of my salary; only for it to be taken away and never given it back.
