What are some of the best things about your team?
Its hard to put into words the culture that our plant has, but in my 45 years of existence it is the best place I have ever worked!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our GM, Bryan Jones, and our Sales Manager, Valarie Collins, both do an incredible job of inspring the team to be our best as well as hold a high level of accountability. This encourages us all every single day and it is a joy to be a part of this team!
