Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we deploy more digital boards there's a lot more work that goes into artwork for a campaign. Changing the art often is a selling point but there is no additional compensation for that time spent on artwork where as there is for each vinyl purchased. Commissions % could be higher for digital sales
