I enjoy my time at Lamar. I do think there are tweaks that can be made to better incentivise the sales team but that is probably with most companies

I have enjoyed my time here at Lamar for the last 6 years plus. I do think there are some additional tweaks that could be made to our compensation plans to add that much more incintive for the AE's to maximize earning potential while boosting overall plant sales

I do think we are compensated fairly but also believe we could raise those standards a bit to be more incentivising. Overall I do enjoy my job here

My team is very competitive, supportive, and care abot one another but I can't speak to other offices

Commision checks for meeting budget but that could incentivized more for those that make their year budget with an additional compensation

most everyone at my office is positive thinking and looking for ways to encourage and help one another but again that is my office
