Lamar is a great place to work overall. On the local level, it could improve - Compensation entices me to perform, but sometimes positive feedback & encouragement from upper management would make me feel more valued as a person and employee.

Lamar as a whole provides resources for us to be successful. Lamar benefits tools support the idea that personal well being and family is important to the employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lamar offers many holidays and seems fair during life events (short term disability, maternity leave, etc.) and offers many health incentives. I am pleased with my income, but do know that other companies pay a higher % for new business development - This would be one way to improve / be competitive
