I don't feel undervalued, just in my market companies get a lot more perks and higher pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some very strong support staff (and some worthless support staff) that help us. As a Sales Team, we work together and do not compete against each other. We work as a team to make our sales goals, which I like.
