Not sure what you mean by Executive Team and Leadership Team. Are you referring to my Managers at my plant or are you referring to Management at Corporate. Please be more clear.
The amount of sales we make vs the amount of pay we are paid on our compensation as far as commissions seems low. There's also not consistency across the board as to how each sales rep is paid as far as commissions. Some plants apparently pay 10% across the board on commissions and others do not
