They believe in each other, and have a "culture above all" approach. They are willing to sacrifice for one another.

The urgency to always be improving is evident in our leadership team. A consisten focus on getting better, which makes Lamar the best outdoor company in the world.

Number one, the people I work with. Secondly, the freedom, autonomy and support to not just achieve goals, but exceed them. We are encouraged to constantly improve, everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lamar is constantly seeking improvement, but at the same time, keenly aware of how important culture and family are to its employees. That always seems to be in focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works towards a common goal, and is willing to put personal achievements or interests to the side to reach that goal. We put constant effort into doing the right thing in all situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership from top down. Our GM and AGM create an environment of trust and inclusion, but also ensuring everyone is accountable to doing their part to keep this "machine moving" in a professional but fun manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team does two things really well: we put the customer first, AND the employee first. The duality of that approach creates a great work environment of respect, accountability, growth, and engagement. This creates a customer-centric approach to how we operate everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation that is equal to other large format Lamar offices, while also taking into account nearly 20 years with the company. To recruit and hire a qualified Sales Manager in a similar sized plant would deliver compensation at a higher level than my current compensation plan. How could that be?
