We encourage our people to be involved beyond simply working near each other - but we don't require it. It accomodates everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparancy and servant leadership. Our leadership knows what it means to succeed in even our entry level positions and provide support for those successes. Lamar has a tendancy to promote from within where it's most appopriate and that encourages those early in their careers to strive for it.
