
I am doing the same job as other staff members getting paid significantly more than me. Unhealthy work-life balances are also rewarded and praise is given to staff who never complain. Staff with families and healthy work-life balances deserve a chance at advancing their careers.
There is a missed opportunity to tap into the thoughts & insight of current staff. Empowering tenured staff to be more actively involved in the development of the company, the planning of future goals & the implementation of change. This could create a ripple effect with positive cultural impact.
