Never bored and never stressed !! I am allowed autonomy. I learn something new daily. There is still so much to learn!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The skills and experience that I bring are overlooked and not proportionately compensated for monetarily. A discussion and consideration of advancement opportunity and increased pay-rate would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of employees here have been here over a decade! Positive attitudes and atmosphere. We hear laughing all day, not whining nor yelling. Everyone is respectful to each other.

We are spoiled at Lamar! Our facility is kept up nicely and we have beautiful grounds for walking. Departments cooperate and collaborate. Co-workers are already ready to help. Our benefits, incentives, and perks seem to be endless. Lamar invests in their employees and our shared goals. I love Lamar
