I have worked with Lamar for 42 years and in that time I have had the opportunity to work in many different positions. Knowing each position creates the ability to help others and grow.

Most everyone that you meet, in every plant you visit, all feel like family even if you just met them.

Even though some of the decisions made don't seem like the best, it always seems to be the right decision in the long term. This is why Lamar has been successful for 121 years
