I am very grateful for my job and confident that my managers (GM, TM, & RM) want only success for me and often give me feedback on how to learn and grow as a manager. I hope to work the rest of my career at Lamar.

Making my team successful and having happy customers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

How everyone cares for each other and are positive in our work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The environment that my GM demands in our plant is a positive inclusive environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love how Lamar invests in us growing through multiple training and continuing education programs.

What makes you most happy at work?

The success of my team. Lamar treats us very well and we want to produce for our company.

We have a very positive and fun environment. We work hard play hard and truly care about each other.

I love how my manager treats me like a person rather than a number and truly wants me to succeed at Lamar.

Our plant feels like a small company, we are care about each other and have a great culture. It’s a great feeling

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My GM Bryan Jones has really pushed for our culture to be strong but happy (work hard play hard) and we really live this everyday.

What makes you most happy at work?

Our team is amazing. Every day I am excited to go to work and shocked when it’s already 5 and time to leave! I cannot brag enough on

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO policy and days off. Days off are gold to our team and families. Myself and my team really love our home life balance and how Lamar values that as well through days/holidays off.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The ability to earn monthly bonuses along with salary helps me stay focused on hitting goals at work. Our benefits package is also second to none, with new things (IE the new Roth option) always being offered to us.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our GM is very passionate about having a great work culture. This helps keep our team happy to produce great results. He treats us very well and truly cares about our well being. This is why we have many 20+ year employees and very low turnover.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager tries his best to make us feel valued and care about us. As a new mom in a leadership position, this was so important for me. He not only cares about us as employees but also cares about our families. He also gives me the tools I need to be successful at my position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My position caps out my commissions. I am the only person on my team that cannot earn more money even if the plant is flowing amazing. I feel that my salary should also get a fair yearly increase. Our plant has grown about 3 million dollars since I started in my role and my pay is the same.
