We are a family at work and outside of work.

We are a family- we help each other out, work through disagreements and have each other's backs.

Everyone cares about each other and their family members and would do anything for each other at any time.

We are a family. We help each other, sometimes bicker, and at the end of the day we know that each coworker would be there if you needed them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is unique in their own ways and that is embraced. The company has an array of programs to be involved with and you get to participate where your strengths are (wellness programs, super user programs, etc.)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual bonus, although appreciated, is somewhat discouraging. When we have reached and exceeded goals it would be nice to feel appreciated. Annual bonuses are something used to recognize accomplishment. Our bonus is equivalent to 1 weeks worth of fuel (used primarily for work).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales outside of my area are paid minimal commissions and it is different based on the market. I don't like that our commission percentages have decreased over my time here. I would like a uniform out of market commission and have a % competitive with other billboard companies in the area.
