This has been my favorite job and favorite company I've ever worked for. From the training, to the benefits, to the work environment, to the job itself-I am extremely happy working for Lamar.

This has been the best job I've had to date. Pay, benefits, environment, co-workers, etc. are all great.

That I have a work family I can depend on.

Everyone respects each other and they all pitch in when someone needs assistance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated equally and with respect, and everyone is valued for their unique skill set.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO policy is very nice. Also the insurance covers a lot of things that I was surprised about.

The PTO and bereavement pay. It's nice to know that if I really need to take off, I can with no worries.

Good communication. We all work hard and are focused, but can also chat about non-work related things when the time is right.

That I can depend on and trust my coworkers. Also helping clients with their art and seeing their ideas come to life.

They treat everyone the same, no matter what position they hold with Lamar. They are also always willing to teach and help employees grow.

If you make a mistake, the managers use it as a teaching moment, not to make you feel bad. Also everyone is supportive of each other here.
