I am an assistant, I like what I do most days - sometimes we drive each other nutty, but that is the human experience.
I can pay my rent and utilities
The ops guys are open and funny.
Not sure, but I cannot leave this blank
They listen to our challenges
The way they all feel comfortable with each other.
I have absolutely no idea.
They do not make my skin crawl as in past jobs
A lot of cliques and not always feel welcome in conversations
Being able to bounce ideas or issues off others to come up with a solution
I have been told I have maxed out and can go no higher unless I want to move to sales, but not everyone is salesperson material. That is wrong. If you r strength is being an assistant then we should not be punished for it.
