I definitely feel like my voice matters and I'm heard from my higher ups. I feel like I am truly valued at work, and really enjoy the Monday - Friday morning shifts, so I can balance my life outside of work!

The diversity of different backgrounds and the involvement everyone has with one another. I don't feel not included in a project!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the work I provide as Shop Foreman, I go over and above to provide help for operations and the office workers as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that when I have reached out for help in the past, they have made it a safe environment to be able to open up and provide excellent help.
