That we are all working for a common goal, that our OPs department is as much of the family as our front office. Everyone is equal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Rome office has a family atmosphere and I know that I could call 90% of my co-workers with an issue (personal/private) and they would be there. We celebrate life every day with each other, we grieve together and we look out for each other.

We are a true family at our plant. I can call on anyone of my co-workers and GM for anything. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I love seeing everyone succeed and enjoy time at work and away from the office with these people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
LAMAR has exceeded my expectations especially with the change in Culture the last 10 years. I could not be happier or prouder being part of the LAMAR Team. My GM, our Regional Mgr and Regional RE Mgr are invested in each employee and validate and cultivate a team spirit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of money, time, resources put into having a happy healthy employee through the HR Department. I truly feel like I have a Lamar family on a local level and after attending my regions Real Estate Managers Meeting I feel the same way on a regional and corporate level. So happy to be here.
