Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if merit raises were given in addition to the 3% COL increase we receive. This is no way our pay is keeping up with inflation. It's been years since employees were in the black with an increase. We are continually asked to do more work but never fairly compensated for that work.
