Completing tasks, starting work on big projects

Incentives, though they could be better.

Diverse backgrounds. Though more buy-in from operations would be nice.

Everyday is different, and there are lots of different people to work with

Completing tasks that may or may not have obstacles in front of them

ESPP option. Would like to see options to receive stock via 401k, or bonused?

Clear and focused. The company goals make sense to everyone, and are executed in timely fashion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Donuts, occasional time off, help from co-workers at times when a lot of work comes in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that comes in, sometimes feels like I do the job of 2 people. Other times work flow is light, and that would be a great time to get new projects started. Though that time seems to be more rare.
