We now have a very good team, one member is lacking is the ability to produce (SM) - we are a very fast paced plant.

Our team is positive, our leadership is very open to communication any time on any issue.

Everyone works together for the same end goal.

The support and communication is open at any time.

The positive interaction with co-workers
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility when needed for appointments and / or family emergencies
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have health insurance but like the investment sides of Lamar

For me the retirement plan - preparing and saving options are a plus here at Lamar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a recent OM I am able to call on other OM's anywhere and they are extremely willing to help!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most team members are accepting to work out an issue with you - some are here to blame and fault you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My GM is very interested in my goals and my ideas and provides me the opportunity to voice my suggestions. The SM is lacking in drive and actual productivity,
What makes you most happy at work?
My GM is very understanding of my concerns and situations and does allow on occasion a flexibly work schedule when needed. Flexibility is key as long as the work is done.
