I came from the public sector ( 15 years) where I managed 28 employees, and reported directly to the Mayor of Springfield. Starting at Lamar where I did not have to supervise ( at the time, now 1 employee) and the harder I worked the more I got paid, was a very rewarding change.

I cam from the public sector, and then came to Lamar, and the harder you work, the more it pays off, going on 20yrs and I would not change a thing, maybe more vacation days and some remote work would be nice
