The people I work with for the most part are easy going and easy to get along with. No aggressive and demeaning personalities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Perhaps better pay, better and quicker service from corporate HR, AP, AR departments. Sometimes no one responds or takes days to respond. Better updated Lamar applications that are not outdated, easier access to company procedures. They are at times hard to locate and are often not clearly stated.
