What is the best part about your compensation package?
New pharmacy plan is lacking and costs of our medical benefits are becoming a challenge to afford. I get rising costs have to be passed along, but I am the sole insurance carrier for the family and it's almost to the point where I sometimes feel I am working just to pay insurance.
