Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have always liked working for this company. I like my GM, SM and all the employees we have. Work like balance is not good since they moved our office 45 minutes away from the town I live in. That added time, I can't get back. I have young kids and that time is missed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Starting pay for new hourly employees since 2019 have gone from $14 an hour to $19, that is an increase of over 35%. This while the increase in wage for existing hourly employees has gone up at 3% a year. The cost of living has gone up 10-12% each year since 2020.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Last year, they raised the sales by 10% first Quarter, and 7% the rest of 2022. This year they have raised sales 5% for the year. So the sales staff gets a raise of more than 3% yet the non sales staff gets 3%. With inflation, the rest of us fall farther and farther behind.
