Smart, quick to help fix issues and explain tasks I'm not familiar with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm not on the sales side and don't have to hear the constant speeches about more more more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our personalities match, we have fun during work and no petty arguing, with the exception of the sales team getting irritated about who gets which accounts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I excel at my position because of my previous work history but this position of sales coordinator is paid quite low for the amount of detail and responsibility it holds. Paid the least but blamed for the most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is a buzz word for agencies with in-house bars and unlimited PTO, we are an office that gets things done and enjoys each other but also know work is work and life outside of here is more important.
