No one look's down on no one everyone is equal.

They don't think you are a robot and understands the job we have.

I don't really feel undervalued it's the work load that is put on a small crew
What are some of the best things about your team?
You don't have to tell them to do something they will just do it. The look out for each other they are the best group of people you could ask for.
