The company cares about its employees and coworkers are very welcoming, great place to work and makes you get up every morning. Hands down one of the best companies I have been part of.

I believe Lamar is a company very different from the rest. Lamar encourages employees to take initiative on their health wellness and employees are rewarded every quarter with cool perks like gift cards, prepaid cards and more.
