
For a lot of years I would rave that Lamar was the best company I ever worked for but in the last year. People actually communicated, listened, learned, mentored. That all seems to have disappeared.

Our branch is bui;ding an atmosphere of no accountability but instead blame and finger pointing. They need to get better at acknowledging problems exist and finding solutions
how change is presented and impact the field. IT seems way behind the times - apps that should talk to each other don't. Example Charting and billing, UKG problematic for employees.
At the moment positivity is hard to find. It is more toxic than healing. Talking at a branch level. At a corporate level I do believe the company strives to improve and build on past experience
