While the pay for my position may be lower than many other large companies, the flexibility and family like atmosphere. make up for the pay difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
FAMILY!! Lamar is definitely a family oriented company that encourages it's employees not to miss out on their kids sports events or important school ceremonies. It's a "Family First" company and when working for Lamar, you gain a wonderful bonus family !
