I can do anything here, but others are put above me that I wouldn't even trust to tie my shoes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be fired, or they need to start learning that you should work at work, and share the load while working together instead of letting one person do it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm always told that I need to do more and always do. Mean while the bare minimum is expected of others and we clap if they finally do anything extra. They need to start doing the same amount that is expected out of me especially having a $7 a hr. starting pay jump.
