Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My year over year raise does not keep up with inflation and we've made goal every year I've been here in a support role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My annual raises have been outpaced by inflation for the last 2-years by a substantial amount. It would also be nice to see a 5% 501K match rather than 2.5.
