Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems Lamar values their stock value more than their employees. Employees who have made Lamar the company it has become.

As a whole, employees should benefit more based upon P & L. Value and rewards are placed upon the stock and shareholders and not so much upon Lamar employees dedicated effort at making Lamar what it is.
