Problem solving and the amount of work I am able to accomplish each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being compensated for taking on so many additional responsibilities after eliminating my assistant's position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to focus on their jobs and they need to stop doing so much personal business during work hours.
