I like the family atmosphere and the flexibility the leadership team has given Lamar AE's in executing their job
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn from my more experienced peers and then using what they have taught me to improve my own work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to earn paid time off is really nice, and I appreciate having a secure salary, where most (or a lot) of other sales job are mostly or fully comission based.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are all comfortable with one another and there is not much drama at all. Everyone understands they have a job to do and we are here to help one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am a new employee, and my team has treated me like I belong and like I am important since my first day. They are easy to get along with, and have had no reservations in helping me get situated. It is safe to say I have made some friends with my team.
