The majority of positive and interactive people. It's like a work family.

It is a friendly, inclusive, and supportive work environment. This is a place that makes me feel proud of my work.

Interactive, hilarious, and good team players. I always look forward to my interactons with them. And working with them is always a breeze.

The ability to learn, try new things, and grow. The environment feels like a place where I can be myself and I am not afraid to offer suggestions or try new things.

They are passionate, creative, optimistic but also realistic. They are team players focused on building others and creating an inclusive environement. They adpat to change and are open to the ideas of others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay does not seem to meet the market standards for my current position. I also feel that my current pay does not reflect the additional work and responsibilities I have taken on in the past two years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great team comprised of different mindsets and personalities. Our differences bring a lot to the table in regards to ideas and processes. The team is like family. We all care for how we are and how we are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have learned many aspects of differing positions to help where needed and have introduced new processes to help streamline the flow of information. I want to stay with Lamar, but the hourly rate makes it difficult to stay when other companies are offering higher compensation for similar positions.
