What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get to travel and be outside.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to stop passing the job onto others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because there is constantly more expected to do yet no more pay for it. I work harder than alot of people, yet they get the same raise, if not more.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to stop passing their responsibilities on to other people. They also need to be realistic with expectations on what can be done in a day with the travel time you have and the weather.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There needs to be a more sufficient way of planning on getting things done. There is no need to have a guy working extra harder than another guy who's wasted doing nothing in the shop. The leadership needs to relearn the job so they're not so out of touch. And there needs to be more competitive pay.
