My experience has been a great one. I've been given opportunites to learn and advance. I work for a great team and our mission is always clear. We always leave things better than we find them.

Knowing my work is in the public for everyone to see.

They listen and make objectives clear. They care about the entire team.

Everyone listens and has an open mind. People are patience and understanding. It's a family atomsphere.

Supportive and loyal. Always push each of us to do our best day in and day out.

We are treated as humans and not as a spot filler or another keg in the machine.

Doing a good job. Getting things done on time or before. Keeping the operations going in the right direction.

I like all of the different things offered to us as employees. I would love it if Lamar paid for the employees insurance.

Everybody is invested. We all care about what product we put on the streets. We also care about how we treat everyone we come in to contact with.
